Alexandra "Ala" Gowans - B.A

Realtor

Ala (Alexandra) Gowans was born and raised in Burlington and is a graduate of Dalhousie University in International Development Studies. Ala comes from a family with extensive knowledge, experience and reputation within the Burlington real estate community. She initially decided to pursue a career in real estate to assist with the schedule of her busy mother, Sandy Smallbone. Ala's original role was that of Sandy's administrative assistant, she is now a licensed sales representative within the renowned and reputable Sandy Smallbone Team. Ala looks forward to sharing her expertise with all of her clients to ensure a positive and successful real estate experience. Her commitment to hard work, honesty and integrity guarantees her client's needs are not only met but are exceeded.

David Petryk

Realtor

David Petryk is excited to bring his unique blend of skills and experiences to the Sandy Smallbone Team. With a background in healthcare and community work, David developed exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and effective negotiating skills. These paired  with his attention to detail, and dedication to helping others, make him a valuable asset for his clients. He is committed to ensuring every client feels valued and supported throughout their real estate journey. Beyond real estate, David is an avid wildlife photographer and golfer, with a deep appreciation for nature and the outdoors. This passion inspires him to help clients find homes that are well suited to their lifestyle and personal needs. Whether on the fairway, behind the lens, or guiding clients, David brings the same focus, patience, and precision to his work to help his clients have a seamless and rewarding experience.

Alanna Irvine

Alanna joined The Smallbone Team in April 2022 as a Client Coordinator for the team. She oversees the administrative side of the business. With her extensive background in marketing, Alanna brings a creative approach to helping manage the team’s day-to-day activities. With past experience in advertising and luxury goods industries, she brings experience, professionalism, and a results-driven attitude to the team. Alanna enjoys nothing more than assisting our team to help our clients achieve their real estate goals
